"Atax in port st lucie JIm Durate when I asked for a tax advance option he said 120 dollars for my full refund less his 380 fee for the tax form...he had me sign on the computer and was not given any info or paper work until i left in a folder with my taxes about possible 36 percent rates and no approval..I called him after leaving the office to cancel once I read the print out I was handed..he called late the next day I thought I was signing my tax forms not a advance or loan..he explained if not approved no charges if that did happen My refund 4537 less his fee of 380 and a 120 fee for the loan..we'll immediately was approved by pathward for only 250...yet eas charged 120 in fees and Jim gets paid from this plus most of the fees ....how can that be..I called to rectify and Jim blew a gasket... I only wanted a receipt for a 2nd service of a S Corp that was 200 dollars for the closure..he got mad as he felt insulted and explained he gave me a discount and made me wait after telling me to come back another day...seems like a odd way to run a business..then offer you a 50 percent coupon from this year which he does not apply and says remind him next year...."
