"You gotta make an appointment to pass through the line, or else you're gonna be waiting for 3 hours plus, also while I was there I noticed some people come in later than some and they get called first, I'm not sure how it works, it was my first time, they are kinda slow. I still haven't received my refund, I did my taxes on March 6 2021, and til now I haven't received anything, I called and said I had to call IRS, this has never happened to me I have done my taxes before and I have never waited this long, I checked with IRS and said I gotta see my TAX PREPPER so they don't give me answers, they make you pay and take your money right away, but me I gotta wait a month + it's ridiculous. Never going there again."

"Had my taxes done on March 2, 2022 at the beginning I was somewhat apprehensive after a short waiting time about 35 minutes I was finally called, Paula Paredes was very polite knowledgeable and made me feel at home she not only welcomed me and my wife with open arms but was very knowledgeable made me feel very comfortable and was able to explain step-by-step how my taxes were being prepared great experience definitely recommend… looking forward to doing business again."
