"Sounds good and dandy in the beginning, very persuasive and quick to take your money. But once you engage with these people, the work ethic seen in the beginning drops, you have to be chasing behind these people for updates and very hard to get in touch with for a meeting. Unprofessional and untimely. I paid in full upfront to file my taxes and get work done and it was a year later before the work was done to simply file 3 W2s after chasing behind them and all I heard was I’m sorry. I guess their govt contracts and big clients are more important than us “little” walk in customers. This review is not out of spite or animosity but as a warning to others. This review had a long time coming. People beware!"

From the very beginning, I was met with an uncomfortable amount of pressure to sign on immediately and leave a positive review—before even receiving any service. Communication was poor throughout. Emails and phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, and when I did receive responses, they lacked the clarity and professionalism I would expect from a firm offering financial or investment-related services.
