ATAX - Oak Ridge, Orlando, Fl

"No professionalism. I made an appointment online at 9 AM for a when I arrived they were closed. I waited for 15 minutes nobody showed up. Apparently it says at the door the operation hours are from 10 am to 3 pm. I did everything to switch the appointment to another center. I do not feel comfortable sharing personal information with such an unprofessional company. What a waste of time."

"I’ve known Ms. Claudia Rojas and her team for years, I recommend her to my father (RIP) and my brother. She’s honest, transparent, friendly and very punctual with her work. I recommend her 100% to anyone. Thank you Claudia for being so loyal."

"SHADY BUSINESS!! - Misleading and uneducated staff, including management! Fooling clients to believe their only decent Tax Professional no longer does taxes. If you want an honest industry professional you can trust, do not go there!"

"Ive been following Claudia and her services for 18 years. Her services have been extraordinary getting me the most return she can. I moved away from Florida in 2010 and everywhere I’ve been too i make sure to call her and get her any documents needed for her to work on my tax returns"

"I have been filling my taxes with Claudia Rojas ( ATAX new addition) for at least 10 years and I have never had any issue . She is very professional, organized , up to date in new regulations and also has great customer service skills . 5 stars !!!"
