"They got my personal and crypto taxes done on time, and I owed less than I had originally calculated. Couldn't be happier! I suspect those giving low ratings for missing deadlines, etc submitted incomplete info or submitted their info very close to the deadline not realizing that with this year's massive bull run in crypto the Happy Tax folks were deluged with clients and red-lining it the entire tax season. It helps to keep good records yourself and submit early people! Again - very happy with the service and plan on using again next year."
