"My experience was terrible. Albertina did my taxes. She put the wrong address. After many many attempts to contact her she finally sent different paperwork in correcting it. But it has been seven months and I never got my tax return. Now this could be because of Covid delays or a mistake Albertina made. I don’t know. But I tried to contact Albertina for a few months by phone and email. Not one response from her. Not one. So I am not only out of my refund I am also out the money I wasted on her unprofessional service. This was a nightmare for me. I encourage EVERYONE to please not use this service. Your next door neighbor will probably do a better job. Albertina should be ashamed of herself."
