"I was very disappointed in this firm. Bette quoted me $1900.00 to do my business tax return/filing. After she passed it off to her employees they informed me of more costs. In the end I paid over $4000.00 and my company had not even started operations so we had zero sales! We had less than $10,000 in expenses. There was very little to do for this filing. It was like extortion. Once they got my $1900.00, they asked for more or they wouldn't finish it. I do not recommend you use her firm and anyone reading this is welcome to call me or email me questions(my number is in the email address)."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bette Hochberger CPA. Despite paying them monthly, they failed to complete my tax returns, forcing me to hire another accountant to fix their mistakes. Their staff was constantly changing, making communication difficult, and I only had the opportunity to speak with Bette once or twice throughout the entire year. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience. In response to Bette Hochberger's claim that they communicated with me consistently using "my preferred method", this is totally false. I had left numerous messages for Bette and had made many calls with no response. I also sent numerous emails with no response which I still have record of. As for her claims of my request to include additional deductions, this is also not true. I would think that after paying her firm for my tax return that whoever prepared it for me would have gone over it with me. That never happened and again I would NEVER recommend Bette Hochberger to anyone!"
