"I had a great experience working with Ryan Sieber at Alleviate Tax. He was very helpful over the phone and took the time to explain how everything works in a way I could easily understand. Ryan was patient, professional, and made the process feel much less stressful. Overall, he was easy to talk to and very supportive throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with taxes. ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ I wrote a review in December of last year after being encouraged multiple times to leave a “good review.” I was told I would receive help filing my taxes, but that never happened. I paid $299 for this service. They took my money and charged a fee, claiming $200 was taken off as a “discount.” I was asked to provide all of my personal information and was told I would receive paperwork to take to a real tax office so they could assist me with filing. This was my first time filing taxes, so I trusted that I was being properly guided. After that, all Mr. Sieber did was repeatedly send documents for me to sign while briefly explaining what I was signing. He continued asking me to leave a good review.After the second or third phone called, all communication stopped have not heard from him since. I paid for a service that was never completed, and I was left without any real assistance or follow-up. This experience was unprofessional, misleading, and disappointing."
