"I have spent a lot of money for little return. Promises were made that never came to fruition. My IRS debt was turned over to a collection agency which I was promised would not happen. After their initial fee of $3500 I am going to end up paying nearly $11k for a $15k bill. I was told that I was going to get into the IRS forgiveness program, but obviously not. They tell you to call the customer service line whose response to everything is "You won't receive any threatening letters from the IRS and to not worry". I never was getting threatening letters. They charge a big fee up front and you spend the next several months just trying to get a response to a call or email. If I could figure out how to get out of the contract, I would. Update 1/9/2026 I received a response from my initial review, and as requested, I sent an email to the address provided on 1/5/2026. I explained all of my concerns and asked several questions to which I would like to have answered. There has been no response from them. I still have not heard from the email I sent to W. Chase providing him copies of the letters from the collection agency that the IRS has turned my account over to. I have asked multiple time if I can get out of this program and no one will answer. So beware. I should have done more research before reaching out to this company"

"RUN RUN RUN ! This a big SCAM. This is a big pure scam run for your life. They don’t care about your case they’re not trying to help you. They’re just trying to steal from you. I contacted these folks a few months ago around October 2025 for them to help me with my IRS audit my I had an outstanding balance with the IRS I was owing them and these folks told me that they can help me and I was gonna pay $7000 for their services but I need to pay them $1000 down before they could start working on the case which I did and the resolution was that Will solve that problem and pay the IRS but it came back and told me oh I just need to pay them $27,000 and they will file my taxes for five years that I was so confused. I said why should I pay you to file my taxes for five years? That’s not what I requested for that’s not why I hired you. They said that’s what they can do for me after getting my payment of $1000. I’m gonna pay that 27,000. Just to file. They explained what they trying to do is they don’t want to pay the IRS do the thing will go to non-collection That was a very stupid idea. They think I will fall for that so this is a pure scam never ever work with these people pure scam. I’m warning you now don’t do it."

I still haven’t seen any work done toward my taxes so far it’s been two years still no return Calls no updates and my balances are still the Same with the Irs no updates from These people after you pay them if I could give it Negative stars I would my representative Name was Lewis This place was a total waste of time and money and leaves you with a debt to pay on top of Whatever is owed to the IRS don’t do what I did find a better place."
