"Asian lady very rude,,when I called to see if taxes were sent she was like call back Monday so I did and her reply was “I already told you” and hung up on me. I think I’ll just go to H&R Block next time,,,,it’s a shame cause it’s a good place."

"Went there to get my taxes done and they made me move my car they said I was parked in the wrong stall. They said I was in a staff parking stall and that stall was not marked as staff parking. The told me to park in the handicap parking just because I have a handicap tag in my car."

"The Asian lady is so rude. They should get rid of her. Standards are going down."

"Well, paying $35.00 bucks to do your taxes, and wait for hours, it sounds a bit discouraging. Two weeks ago, I went in there, just a few minutes past 1:00PM. They were already shut down. No more spaces ❗ So, I figured, I wasn't going to get up at 5:am in order to make it on time to grab a number. I went straight from there to another tax preparation office. For a few extra dollars, I was able to do my taxes right away there. No line ups, no fuss, no stenches, and not waiting for ever. As a result, I will be taking a course instead, so that I can do my own taxes next year. That's what we should be doing, if we want to save ourselves, some pennies and some hours waiting? I have medical conditions, and I can't really afford to be sitting for a long periods of time. Then, I have allergies as well, and very often, I end up with a bad sore throat, if I am in an enclosed and crowded place for too long too."

"For 35$ to do your personal tax. Expect a long line up. Go 1.5-2 hours before they open to get a good place in line. Bring a chair. Sit down. Relax. LIKE MY DOG SUSHI GIRL. Or wait in your car with the heat on. Do not stress. Tax season is very busy for everyone. We all know that, these people are professional. Fast. Efficient, ask all the necessary questions. I have been going here for almost 10 years and always a pleasure. Not once has the CRA contacted me saying there has been an error on my taxes. It’s no bueno to see the bad reviews but everyone has a different experience. This is mine. Peace and love everyone. Happy filing for 2025 😃"
